Sandra Couts has always had a passion for empowering people to change.
She realized that in order for people to be healthy on all levels, change was needed.
This inspired her to pursue training in various healing modalities that support physical,
emotional, mental and spiritual changes.
Sandra has developed programs and workshops that support self-empowerment and positive change. She has written a book that teaches people how to use their intuition in a balanced way.
Sandra is a Registered Nurse and has a Master’s Degree in the Science of Nursing. She is certified as an Intuitive Counselor, Healing Touch Practitioner and a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.
In her counseling sessions, Sandra works from a collaborative perspective. She provides people with techniques that support them in letting go of limiting beliefs. She teaches people the skills needed to free themselves from self-destructive patterns and change the course of their lives. Sandra provides tools that foster transformation. Her services are client focused in a way that anchors the changes.

Lucia Orsini, Manual Osteopathic Practitioner, RMT, Certified Athletic Trainer (NATA)
Lucia Orsini is a Registered Massage Therapist, a Certified Athletic Trainer (NATA), and has completed
her Osteopathic education. She also works as a therapist for Hockey Canada’s Women’s National Program
and has worked with the Canadian Women’s National Soccer Teams. Lucia’s practice focuses on the
philosophy of Osteopathy, by treating the structural and functional imbalances in the body that may
commonly present as pain and discomfort. Lucia is continually seeking to expand her knowledge in order to provide the most efficient and optimal care to her patients. She regularly attends postgraduate training in Osteopathy as well as other complementary therapies, such as Kinesio-taping and Pediatrics.

Gael Gaudeau, Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Gael Gaudeau began his medical and osteopathic education and training in France then moved to
England where he completed his osteopathic training.
He graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO), earning his B.Sc.(Hons), Ost.DO(UK) from
the ESO and nostrificated by the University of Wales. Gael has been practicing osteopathy in the
UK, Malaysia and France.
His primary interests include; obstetrics, pediatrics and the treatment of functional chronic pain and disorders. Gael is a member of the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) in the UK and the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practioners (OAO).
